James Davison and Mitchell Scott are The Very Good Butchers.
But before they became famous for butchering billions of beans in the name of flavor, they were just two guys who wanted the same thing:
To eat healthy meals that tasted incredible – without the meat.
From Day 1, that was the goal. One of their first conversations was about how nice it was to see more plant-based meats on the market.
But James and Mitchell knew they could do it better.
The question... was how?

Plant-based eating has boomed lately.
Company after company has launched their own take on it. Most have taken the over-processed & chemically flavored route.
But instead of hopping on the trend train to make a quick buck, James and Mitchell stayed true to their original mission:
To change the way people perceive and eat plant-based meats. (And to make them taste very, Very Good.)
