Our minimally-processed, vegan meats are carefully crafted with whole-foods you've likely got in your kitchen; beans, grains, vegetables and spices.

Our bean butchers suggest roasting the Stuffed Beast as the centrepieces of the plant-based holiday dinner and using the Bangers to create a "bangers in a blanket" appetizer and adding mashed potatoes or other sides for a burst of Very Good flavour. The Pepperoni makes a wonderful charcuterie addition or beast-roasting snack.

Cooking & Storage

All Butcher's Select products should be cooked to an internal temperature of 165F or 74C.

Keep Refrigerated. Product may have previously been frozen. Use or freeze Butcher's Select products before date indicated on package.

As soon as you order, our bean butchers prepare your very good meats and send them to the deep freezer before packaging them in an insulated box with ice packs and/or dry ice.

Received the box past Thanksgiving so cooked the Roast Beast for dinner tonight. We were pleasantly surprised at how good it is! Tried two different sausages in the package we ordered and wasn't really fond of them. I found the sage taste was over-powering. Can the order be separated so we could order the roast beast along with the ribz, as an example? Or perhaps you have sausages that have less sage?

Very good products! The sausages were wonderful although we do also make our own sausage from similar ingredients and have been doing it long enough that we spice them just the way we like and so a bit biased everytime we try different brands! The Roast Beast was enjoyed this week for Thanksliving and it was absolutely amazing. I make seitan roasts but have not tried the stuffing roll yet and also generally wrap in foil and bake sometimes fiishing with rice paper skin but have now tried a few different brands of stuffed roasts and this one was top notch, best one so far!! Some in my Seitan group on fb mentioned wrapping your product in rice paper but I found the bake and basting as per instructions on the package produced a very fine meal!

Changed the recipe

I have loved the very good butcher products for a while now. Ordered them from time to time. The most recent box has changed out the sausages for the bratwierst and breakfast sausage. They are super over spiced and I did not love them. It seems they are trying to go for the beyond meat market and it was just not as good. The rest was fantastic as always.

Delicious Assortment

I really enjoyed the Thanksgiving box, overall. The only drawback was although I liked the taste of the roast beast, the texture was too meat-like and kind of freaked me out. Might be a plus for some people though!
