Our minimally-processed, vegan meats are carefully in British Columbia, Canada with whole-foods you've likely got in your kitchen; beans, grains, vegetables and spices.

Our bean butchers suggest roasting the Stuffed Beast as the centrepieces of the plant-based holiday dinner and using the Bangers to create a "bangers in a blanket" appetizer and adding mashed potatoes or other sides for a burst of Very Good flavour. The Pepperoni makes a wonderful charcuterie addition or beast-roasting snack.

Our Butcher's Select Breakfast and Bratwurst Sausages included in this box are 100% Gluten and Soy Free as as well as certified Non-GMO.

The Stuffed Beast, British Banger and Pepperoni included in this box are not Gluten or Soy Free.

Cooking & Storage

All Butcher's Select products should be cooked to an internal temperature of 165F or 74C.

Keep Refrigerated. Product may have previously been frozen. Use or freeze Butcher's Select products before date indicated on package.

As soon as you order, our bean butchers prepare your very good meats and send them to the deep freezer before packaging them in an insulated box with ice packs and/or dry ice.
